Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aben, operated by Wuhan Benlei Trading Co., Ltd. We strive to provide high-quality clothing, pants, shoes and satisfactory shopping experiences for all customers. This refund and return policy applies to all products purchased on our official website.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers are eligible to apply for returns and refunds within 30 calendar days from the date of order delivery. To be approved for return, all returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags, labels and packaging intact. Products with man-made damage, worn traces, missing accessories or damaged packaging caused by personal reasons will not be accepted for return or refund.

Customized products and clearance sale products are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Application Process

Please contact our customer service team via our official email abenlei@gmail.com to submit your return application, including your order number, product name, return reason and relevant product photos. Our team will review your application within 1-3 working days and send you a return confirmation and return shipping instructions.

Do not send back products without obtaining official return authorization, otherwise we have the right to reject your return request.

3. Shipping Fees for Returns

If the return is caused by our responsible reasons, including product quality problems, wrong item delivery, defective products, we will bear the return shipping fees and provide full refunds.

If the return is due to personal reasons such as inappropriate size, dislike of style, customers shall bear the return shipping fees. The original shipping fee paid for the order is non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned items and confirm that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing rules of your payment platform and bank.

5. Partial Refund

For orders with multiple products, customers can apply for partial return and refund. We will calculate the refund amount according to the unit price of the returned products and deduct the corresponding handling fees (if applicable).
