These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Aben website and all product transaction behaviors between you (the “Customer”, “User”) and Wuhan Benlei Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing and purchasing products on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the terms below. 2. Product & Pricing Statement

All products displayed on the website are clothing, pants and shoes sold by Aben. We try our best to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of product pictures, descriptions, sizes and prices. Due to shooting light, display device differences and manual measurement errors, individual product details may have slight differences from the real objects, which do not constitute product quality problems.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices and inventory information irregularly according to market conditions. The final transaction price shall be subject to the price displayed on the order settlement page.

3. Order & Payment Terms

After the user successfully places an order and completes the payment, a valid transaction contract is formed. Users shall ensure that the payment information is true and valid. We have the right to cancel the order and refuse to deliver the goods in case of abnormal orders, malicious orders or illegal payment behaviors.

All texts, pictures, videos, logos, trademarks and design works on the Aben website are all intellectual property rights owned by Wuhan Benlei Trading Co., Ltd. We will try our best to ensure the normal and stable operation of the website, but we do not assume any liability for service interruption or abnormal access caused by network failure, system maintenance, force majeure and other uncontrollable factors.
