Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders of clothing, pants and shoes purchased on the Aben website operated by Wuhan Benlei Trading Co., Ltd. It explains our shipping rules, delivery time, shipping fees and relevant provisions.

1. Order Processing Time

All valid orders will be processed and arranged for shipment within 1-3 working days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or non-working hours will be processed on the next working day. We will strictly inspect the quality and packaging of clothing, pants and shoes before shipment to ensure product integrity.

2. Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the destination and logistics route:
  • Domestic delivery: 5-10 working days after shipment;
  • International delivery: 10-25 working days after shipment (excluding customs clearance delay and local logistics delay).
The above time is for reference only. Extreme weather, customs inspection, logistics out of control and other force majeure factors will cause delivery delay, for which we will not bear liability.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated according to the product weight, volume and delivery distance. The specific shipping cost will be automatically displayed on the order settlement page. We will launch free shipping activities from time to time, and the preferential rules shall be subject to the latest website announcement.

4. Logistics Tracking

After the goods are shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number to your reserved email or order message. You can check the real-time logistics status through the tracking number. If the logistics information is not updated for a long time, please contact our customer service in time.

5. Damaged or Lost Goods During Transportation

If the products are damaged, missing or lost during transportation, please take photos of the outer package and products within 48 hours after receiving the goods and contact us. We will verify the situation and provide re-delivery, refund or partial compensation solutions for eligible cases.

6. Undeliverable Orders

Orders failed to be delivered due to incorrect address, unreachable contact information or customer refusal to sign for receipt will be returned. The resulting return shipping fee and loss shall be borne by the customer.
